MAC BlushCreme in Posey - Reviewed!

At the weekend I had a random trip to the York Designer Outlet and whilst I was there I couldn't resist having a look in the Cosmetic Company Store which is basically an outlet store for brands under the Estee Lauder group. This include MAC, they had even more things than last time I went and lots of things caught my eye especially this blush.
I have tried (and love) a few powder blushes from MAC but never one of their blushcremes. The packaging is simple and the same as most MAC product, black with black writing.
MAC say that this cream blush is 'creamy and east to blend to a medium coverage'. I would agree with this the product is very creamy and almost balm like making it easy to apply on the cheeks.
The shade Posey is described as a warm peach, I would say that it is more on the pink side but it is definitely warm toned which I think will make it great to wear in all seasons. As I said before it is very easy to blend, I tend to dot a small amount on to the apples of the cheeks and blend it out with the Real Techniques Stippling Brush and I find it gives a lovely finish.
It is definitely not a cream to powder finish but I still find it lasts most of the day and gives a healthy glow to the skin.

All in all I really love this blush, the colour is beautiful and the finish is lovely. I definitely have my eye on the shade Something Special next which is a beautiful coral shade.

I did get mine for the bargain price of £11 at the outlet but MAC BlushCreme's retail for £17.50 and are avaialble here.

Have you tried this blush? Are you a fan of cream blushes? I'm really getting into them lately!
