I have a big drawer in my dressing table where I keep my everyday skincare. On the left I have my morning routine, on the right I have my evening routine and at the back I have things I don't use everyday but still want to hand. Although everything was still separated things had gotten a bit messy and over filled. I emptied everything out and just made sure I had the main products I am using. I put products I still want in my main skincare drawer and threw away anything that i've had for too long.
THE SKINCARE DRAWER:
I have each part of the drawer sectioned out into creams, toners and then minis. Since our trip to Copenhagen i've become a bit obsessed with sheet mask and eye mask which have just been sitting on the top making it hard to see anything else in the drawer. Doing the clear out reminded me that I purchased four of the Garnier Moisture Bomb Sheet Masks which are now available in the UK so I will definitely be doing a post on them since they're seriously good.
Once again I took everything out I got rid of some product that i'd opened and knew I wouldn't want to use again. As I was putting everything back I put any toners and cleansing pads at the back with creams and moisture masks at the front. In front of that I put some minis and containers which I use when i'm travelling as well as some Clinique bits i've been wanting to try. Down the side I put all the sheet and eye masks which has definitely made the biggest difference because I can see which ones I have as well as being able to now see all the other products in the drawer.
It definitely feels really good to have a clear out and sort everything out. I threw away products that I know i've had for a long time and are past their best which is something that I definitely need to do more often. Now that i've done my skincare collection I definitely will start tackling the makeup stash. Have you had a beauty clear out recently?
