Eye Bright

Summer is when my allergies kick in and my eyes show it the most. I can tired and dry eyes so i've been trying to find some products to help refresh them and adds some brightness. I have both skincare and makeup bits which when used together really wake up the eye area.

Botanics All Bright Refreshing Eye Roll On
SKINCARE:
This is a new discover which I can't stop going on about. It's the Botanics All Bright Refreshing Eye Roll on which has a metal applicator so it's really cooling under the eyes and helps to get rid of any puffiness. This definitely helps to wake up the eyes first thing in the morning.
L'oreal Lumi Magique Concealer
CONCEAL:
Next I like to conceal and brighten under the eyes. I find a light highlighting concealer best for this. My favourite is the L'oreal Lumi Magique Concealer which once applied you can see a huge difference in how much brighter the under eyes look. It highlights without look shimmery or leave chunks of glitter around the eyes.
MAC Bare Study Paint Pot
BRIGHTEN:
On the eyelids this old favourite is such a good one. MAC Bare Study Paint Pot applied all over the lid leaves a lovely champagne colour which alone brightens the eyelid and looks lovely paired with some black mascara.

LINERS:
If there's any redness on my water line a nude or champagne coloured liner is the best way to fix it. The Rimmel ScandalEyes Nude Liner is a bit of a classic now and one I still reach for if it's early and my eyes are looking red. It looks a lot more natural than a white liner and lasts really well. The was a must have when I was at University. A champagne coloured liner also works well, I have one from MAC and a mini Sephora one. This work best if you want a bit of shimmer whilst covering any redness.

So those are some tips and products that I use when I want to brighten my eyes and get rid of any redness. This is a combination I will reach for all year round but it's especially nice in the Summer months. What products do you use to brighten the eyes?
