Updated Dressing Table Tour

I did a dressing table tour a little while ago but I recently gave things a bit of a sort out and tidy so I thought it was the perfect time to do an updated one. I've still got the same sort of set up with my Ikea Malm dressing table, big mirror (also Ikea) and Muji drawers which means I can have lots of products on hand.

I try to keep the top of my dressing table fairly clear (easier said than done) so I have space to do my makeup. On the left I have my Muji drawers which have a mix of products i'm currently using. Next to that there's a letter holder with some of my favourite, most used palettes. The tray in the middle is from Sainbury's and has some skincare products that don't fit in the drawer, sponges, eyelash curlers and a candle holder (Ikea) which has my go to eyebrow pencils, eyeliners, mascaras and eye brushes in it.

Then I have two candle (H&M), one with lip liners and the other with my eyeliners. Next to those is a big pot of face brushes (Ikea) with some hair products behind it in the corner. I then have my straighteners and a mirror which magnifies and lights up.

So on top of my Muji drawers I have this lipstick holder which I got from Amazon. In that I have cotton pads and some of my most used lipsticks. I have two drawers stack on each other. In the top I have base products, so powders, concealers, primers and foundations. Next I have bronzers, blushes and cream highlights. Onto most of my cream shadows, a few single shades and crayons. Finally in the bottom I have a very full lip product drawer; mainly lip crayons and lip creams.

The dressing table comes with a huge drawer which I try to keep fairly organised. Starting from the left I have a jar filled with hair ties, at the back I have a plastic organiser which some skincare bits I don't use everyday and a few samples I want to use along with some lip balms. In front of that i've separated my morning and evening skincare; morning on the left evening on the right. Further on I have more palettes which I don't use as often but still want to hand and in front of that I have another organiser with some eyeshadow quads and then more foundations and primers; these tend to be the ones i'm using the most. The I have some wipes, cotton pads and my hairbrush.

So that's a look into what I have on and in my dressing table. I plan and switching out products every so often so I use things more often. I plan on doing some top 5 products types of post so you can see what things are my favourite. What do you keep on your dressing table?

    1. For a long time I didn't have the space so it's nice to have it now. Love the lipstick holder, so useful and I find I reach for my lipstick more often with it.
