The Spot Fighters

Spots seem to pop up at the worst times and after Christmas I had a fair few appear after over indulging a bit. I dug out some old favourites and discovered some new ones which I have found to be great at helping to make everything clear up a bit quicker.
The Spot Fighters
Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturiser
Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturiser - £3.59.
Starting with the old favourite, i've been using this product on and off for a good few years now and I always like to have it in my stash. You can use it as an all over moisturiser, which is great if you have oily skin. However my favourite way to use it is as a targeted spot treatment which after one use I can see such a difference in the size of the blemish and it is a lot less red and painful. A great affordable product to have on hand.
La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo [+]
La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo [+] - £15.50.
I recently reviewed this and it is definitely one of my favourite skincare products. This is a great product to use all the time to help with oil control and breakouts but I find it's most effective at helping to get rid of redness and scarring. I haven't found many products that actually help with scars but this one definitely does whilst not being drying on the skin.
Clearasil Daily Clear Superfruits Refreshing Pads
Clearasil Daily Clear Superfruits Refreshing Pads - £4.07.
Another product i've mentioned a few times recently as i've found these really help with the texture of the skin which can be uneven when suffering from breakouts. The pads also help to keep the breakouts clean which also help them to heal quicker.

So those are three products that I reach for when I have a few breakouts which I want to get rid of. All these are pretty affordable and really effective. What are your favourite products to use when you are breaking out?
