Winter Skincare Staples

It has definitely started to get a lot colder and my skin has been feeling it. It has felt drier and in need of nourishing so i've had a look through my stash and pick out 5 products that are great staples to use this time of year.
Winter Skincare Staples
First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Instant Oatmeal Mask
Origins High Potency Night A Mins Moisturiser - £34.50.
I love Origins moisturisers and this one is very nourishing. It's thick whilst still having a gel like consistency making it feel light on the skin. I can see instant results when I use this, especially when my skin is feel dry and dehydrated; it doesn't make my skin feel greasy however it is definitely best as an evening moisturiser.
First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Instant Oatmeal Mask - £17.50.
I really enjoy First Aid Beauty products as they are very effective yet gentle for sensitive skin. This mask you apply to cleansed skin; it is creamy with small oat bits within it which means when you remove it you also get some gentle exfoliation. This really helps to adds some hydration without making the skin feel greasy; a great option for dehydrated skin.
The Body Shop Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil - £10.00.
This is a new discovery for me and i've been really enjoying it. Cleansing oil are a great all in one product as you can use them to remove makeup and cleanse the skin in one step. This has a lovely subtle scent and is easy to use as it has a pump. After I use this my skin feels nice and soft which helps for my other skincare products to sink in.
Trilogy Certified Organic Rosehip Oil
Boots Simply Sensitive Hydrating Eye Cream
Trilogy Certified Organic Rosehip Oil - £14.85.
Rosehip oil is great if you have scarring or hyper-pigmentation and it helps to reduce the redness in the skin. It also helps to add some hydration into the skin. I've tried a few rosehip oils and this one is my favourite and a pretty good price. My skin is combination/oily and I don't find this to be too heavy; apply alone or mixed in with a serum or moisturiser it helps to soften and improve the appearance of the skin.
Boots Simply Sensitive Hydrating Eye Cream - £3.49.
I picked this up on a whim when I was in need of a new eye cream and didn't want to spend a lot. It is a cream consistency and you only need a small amount of product. I use this at night and I find it leaves the skin to feel soft, hydrated without being heavy. My eyes can be sensitive and this hasn't irritated them at all.

So those are some winter skincare staples, and of when are great for dehydrated as they are nourishing without being heavy on the skin. What are some of your favourite skincare products to use in the colder months?
