It is safe to say i'm a big fan of primers, as someone with oily/combination skin i'm always looking for a product that will help keep my makeup in place all day. As well as this I do like to add a bit of radiance to the skin at the same time. After doing a bit of research into radiance primer this little beauty popped up on my radar.

First off the packaging is lovely, i'm always a big fan of Clarins packaging and this one doesn't disappoint. Clarins claim 'complexion will stay flawless and stain smooth and skin will appear radiant and illuminated.'

The complexion perfector comes in three different shades, Rose Shimmer, Champagne Shimmer and Bronze Shimmer. I decided to go for Rose Shimmer because I thought it would be best for paler skin tones.

The product comes with a pump dispenser which makes it easy for getting a small amount of product out; you only need around a pea sized amount of product to cover the whole face. This is truly a great multipurpose product as it can be used only to add natural radiance to the skin, as a primer to hold makeup in place all day, mixed in with foundation to achieve a dewy finish or applied after foundation on the cheek bones as a highlighter.

I've used the product in all of these ways and I love the effect it gives, it adds radiance to the skin without looking shimmery. It is also surprisingly good at at oil control and keeping my makeup in place all day. All in all I think this is an amazing product that can be used in so many different way, the fact that you don't need much product means it will last a long time.
