The set is packaging the same way as the other Real Techniques brushes however unlike the other sets this one does not come with a travel case/stand for the brushes.
In the set you get three different duo fiber brushes which have 'ultra plush taklon bristles' and claim to give a look 'pixel perfect even in harsh light'.
The handles for the brushes are white which I personally really like with coloured lettering related to where on the face they should be used matching the other brushes available.
The brushes included are -
- Duo Fiber Face Brush - for lightweight application and blending of face powder or pigments. I've found this works best with setting powder or powder foundations.
- Duo Fiber Contour Brush - for contouring and sculpting. I've found that this works especially well with cream contours like the Bourjous Bronzing Primer, it gives a very natural finish to the skin.
- Duo Fiber Eye Brush - add finishing touches to the eyes. I've found this works best with blending out shadows and cream eye products.
I wouldn't say that this set is a must have to get but if you're are a fan of Real Techniques brushes already I would definitely recommend picking these up especially since they are limited edition.
Real Techniques Duo Fiber Collection retails for £23.99.
Have you tried these brushes or will you be picking them up?

ReplyDeleteI only have a few Real Techniques brushes at the moment, but I think I'm going to treat myself to the Core Collection soon!
