Clarins Lotus Face Oil - Reviewed!

I used to be the girl that would never dream of using anything oil based on my face in fear of making it even more oily. However since trying the amazing Antipodes Divine Oil my opinion has definitely changed. Since my divine oil was on it's last dregs I thought I would try out another oil, and after reading a lot of reviews I decided to try the Clarins Lotus Oil.
I'm starting to get a little bit obsessed with trying Clarins products at the moment so getting this was a bit of a no brainer. I love the packaging, simple white box and a glass jar with a pipette.
Clarins do 3 different oils, each for a different skin type. The Lotus Oil is designed for Oily or Combination Skin therefore it is a light oil that can still pack some serious hydration. Lotus Oil is used to help purify a troublesome complexion, it also complains Hazelnut Oil, Rosewood and Geranium. They also say in just three weeks your complexion will be restored and rebalanced.
The pipette makes it easy to dispense the right amount of product needed, sometimes if my skin is a little dry I will use more and vice a versa. The thing I love about this oil is that you really layer it without it feeling heavy on the skin.
My skin definitely feels more balanced when using this oil, my cheeks don't feel as dry and my t-zone doesn't seem to be as oily. I've even found that it has help improve on some redness and scarring I have my my forehead and chin.

If you're skin is oily or combination I would definitely recommend giving this a go. Yet another product i'm in love with by Clarins too!

Clarins Lotus Face Oil retails for £24.40 on Escentuals.

Have you tried this product? What is your favourite face oil?
