Revlon ColorBurst Lipglosses - Reviewed!

Lets start off today's post by saying that me and lipglosses don't get along. I hate how they feel on my lips, I hate it when they're sticky and look too shiny. You maybe thinking why am I reviewing a lipgloss then? Well these are one of the few (and I mean few!) lipglosses that I would say are worth checking out and I enjoy wearing.
I'm a huge fan of Revlon lip products, their lipsticks are some of the best on the highstreet in my opinion. As always with most Revlon products these lipglosses have lovely packaging, nice and simple but still look great.
They come with a sponge applicator which is a great size for the lips, a ton of product doesn't come out either which means you can easily control how much you apply.
The two colours I have are Papaya, which is a love bright orange colour and the perfect Summer shade and Peony which is a lovely pink with gold shimmers through it, a lovely everday shade.
As you can see from the swatches both of these are well pigmented and would look great on their own or over the top of lipsticks or a balm. The best thing about these is that they aren't sticky and feel lovely on the lips! They also wear pretty well for a lipgloss, I can get 1-2 hours out of them. I also think they have just the right amount of shine to them with out look too much.

Revlon ColorBurst Lipglosses retail for £7.99 and are available here.

Have you tried these? Are you a fan of lipglosses?

  1. I love the look of Papaya! I prefer lip glosses that aren't sticky so I'll have to get my hands on a couple of these I think x
